Bairn Basics Collection Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bairn. Any item you purchase from the Bairn Basics Collection (each a “Product”) is subject to this “Return Policy,” as specified in our Terms of Service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR ITEMS SOLD BY BAIRN NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASICS COLLECTION.
Returns are only accepted within the United States of America (including Hawaii and Alaska, but not including Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory). We are not accepting returns from outside the United States of America at this time.

Returns
To return a Product, please visit https://returns.bybairn.com/ and follow the instructions provided in the "Return Process." You will need your order number and shipping ZIP code to begin the Return Process. If you complete the Return Process correctly, a shipping label will be issued to you. Please use the provided shipping label to return your Product(s) to Bairn.
You have twenty-one (21) calendar days after the date you place your order with Bairn to initiate the Return Process for your Products (the “Return Process Date”). Your Products must be shipped and arrive at the applicable Bairn facility (the address detailed in the shipping label described above) within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Return Process Date to qualify for return under this Return Policy. Failure to initiate the Return Process within the specified timeframe, or if your Products do not arrive at the Bairn facility within the specified timeframe, will result in your Products no longer qualifying for return to Bairn.
ALL RETURNS WILL INCUR AN EIGHT DOLLAR ($8) PROCESSING FEE. This fee is charged per set of returned Products. For example, if you return three (3) Products simultaneously, through the same Return Process, and in the same package, you will be charged only one (1) eight dollar ($8) processing fee.
To be eligible for a return, your Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, have the hang tags attached, folded neatly into the original clear garment bag the Product arrived in, and otherwise in the same condition that you received it (the “Return Criteria”). Failure to meet the Return Criteria will likely result in the denial of your return.
Return Denial
Bairn may, in its sole and absolute discretion, deny your request to return any Product. All returns, store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds discussed in this Return Policy are offered and/or issued at Bairn’s sole and absolute discretion. Nothing herein obligates Bairn to accept your return or provide you with store credit, gift cards, and/or refunds. RETURNING A PRODUCT DOES NOT GUARANTEE REIMBURSEMENT/REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT.
If Bairn denies the return of any Product, Bairn shall determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, the course of action for the denied Product. If you attempt to return a Product and Bairn denies the return, Bairn shall determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, whether to return the Product to you, retain the Product, or take any other action with the Product. By returning any Product to Bairn, you are expressly agreeing to give up your rights to said Product.
Store Credit
Upon receiving the Product you wish to return, Bairn will inspect it to determine if it meets the Return Criteria as set forth above.
If your Product is approved for return, Bairn will provide you with store credit (or a gift card) to the Bairn store (located at: https://bybairn.com/) equal to the price you paid for the returned Product(s), excluding shipping costs or taxes associated with your purchase of the returned Product, minus the eight dollar ($8) processing fee. For example, if you paid $100 for your Product, $5.99 in shipping, and $8.99 in taxes, you would receive $92 in store credit (or as a gift card) upon Bairn's approval of your return.
Store credit (or a gift card) for any Product you purchase from us is not guaranteed. Bairn makes all store credit (and other return) decisions at its sole and absolute discretion.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a Product that is damaged and/or defective upon receipt, please contact support@bairn.com. Bairn will work with you on a case-by-case basis to process your damaged or defective Product. All damaged or defective Products will be evaluated by Bairn to determine if they qualify for a refund. No guarantees are made herein regarding refunds or any other type of reimbursement for damaged or defective Products.
If Bairn approves the return and refund of a damaged or defective Product, Bairn may initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timing of your credit refund will be determined by your card issuer's policies. The refund for an approved damaged or defective Product will be in the amount equal to the price you paid for the returned Product(s), including any shipping costs associated with your purchase of the damaged or defective Product. Bairn may provide store credit (or a gift card) or a replacement Product instead of a credit card refund for damaged or defective Products approved for return, in its sole and absolute discretion.
No Access to Returns
If you attempt to return a damaged Product, or damaged or defective Products, or misuse this Return Policy, Bairn may, at its sole and absolute discretion, revoke your ability to participate in this Return Policy. If you are blacklisted from using the Return Process, you will no longer access the Return Process dashboard or be able to return Products to Bairn. If you believe you have been banned from accessing the Return Process incorrectly, please contact support@bairn.com.
Exchanges
Bairn cannot accept exchanges for any Products.
Other Collections
Notwithstanding the above, we will not accept returns for items or products not included in the Basics Collection.
Final Sale
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, including items in the Basics Collection.
Updating the Return Policy
Bairn reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. NOTHING HEREIN GUARANTEES YOU THE RIGHT TO RETURN OR REFUND ANY PRODUCT.
